This is a character profile meant for the art team for a title set in the Fallout universe.
I decided to base my character off the 1958 film The Fly for two reasons: I have a deep affection for that film, and I felt it would fit exceptionally well in the Fallout setting’s 1950s-influence pulp sci-fi setting.

A scientist dressed in a dirty lab coat with the large head and claw of a housefly a la the 1958 film version of The Fly. The fly head is comically large for his body, with big compound eyes and a little proboscis mouth that sometimes drools acid. His right hand is a hairy fly claw that the doctor uses to manipulate a test beaker when idle. There is a tiny voice box device attached to his neck that lets him speak. There is a small green light on the box that blinks whenever he speaks. He speaks in a halting, robotic manner akin to Stephen Hawking due to his voice box.
